Specific Need

Wamego Schools, USD320 is Pre K to Grade 12 school system which supports educational opportunities for all students within and outside the classroom.  A tremendous amount of emphasis is placed on authentic learning, civic engagement, and technology.  The USD 320 Foundation Fund within the Wamego Community Foundation provides resources for teachers, sponsors, and coaches to help enhance the education of our students. The primary purpose of the fund is to provide financial and administrative support for various school district programs and activities.

We have also established future objectives to introduce sign-on bonuses for teachers and implement retention incentives to further support the valuable faculty already integral to USD320.
